No Double After Split, Dealer Hits on Soft 17

This chart takes into account that players are not allowed to double down after splitting a paired hand and that the dealer must hit soft 17. This rule set is common on certain Microgaming casino skins.

This is one of the strangest blackjacks chart of them all. First off, we have the differences with splits because we’re not allowed to double down after splitting:

  • 2,2 and 3,3 are now a hit against 2 or 3 instead of a split.
  • 4,4 is now a hit against 5 or 6 instead of a split.
  • 6,6 is now a hit against 2 instead of a split.

Secondly, we have differences because the dealer hits soft 17:

  • 15 versus ace is surrender instead of hit.
  • 17 versus ace is surrender instead of stand.
  • A,7 (soft 18) versus 2 is double down instead of stand.
  • A,8 (soft 19) versus 6 is double down instead of stand.
  • 8,8 versus ace is surrender instead of split.
